A Celebration of Francophonie

On Saturday, March 21st, 2026, we welcomed more than 150 people passionate about the French language to the French American School of Silicon Valley. Families old and new to the Bay Area gathered to celebrate, some preparing for travels to France, all united by a love of language and culture.

From the welcome reception and postcard workshop, through the youth and adult dictée competitions, to the awards ceremony and celebration with sponsors — this event was a resounding success. Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and supported this initiative.
